The breakfast spread is great, offering an extensive selection of delicious options to start the day off right.

Those with a fear of heights might want to steer clear of the higher floors. The pricing structure for bringing a dog feels a bit excessive since it's charged nightly rather than as a one-time fee, and frankly, no amenities like beds or blankets are provided for the pup. The swimming pool is definitely smaller than it appears in the photos, which may not meet expectations for some.

Had a such great stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. The staff were immensely pleasant and accommodating as I expected. Stayed in generous-sized classic queen room with the sofa bed very confortable.

We received exceptional service from the super friendly staff. We asked for classic queen room and it was nicely furnished with nice bathroom.

Location 5 min and you are in the center. Breakfast wonderful. Family room large.

There isn't one that didn't like it. The hotel is very nice.

The large spacius looby. Very nice and frindly reception staff. Swift check in. Very nice breakfast boofay with numerous healthy options! Fantastic location near to the Historical old city of Dresden, resturants shops and parks.

Almost everything. Staff was nice, food was good, location wasn't exactly in the center but it was in a very nice place. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful and my two year old daughter loved it.

Housekeeping service was poor, very poor. They didn't remove the thrash and they didn't change the dirty towels, although the procedure to ask for changing was done according to the instructions.

Spacious family accommodations helped us enjoy our stay, but the pool was quite cold.

The location near all the historical sites made it so easy to walk around.The atrium was spectacular and I could have spent all day going up and down in the glass lift. Breakfast was excellent but we were so pleased we had dinner in as the service was fantastic. Food was very gourmet and the Saxony wines very drinkable. The receptionist was so much more friendly than the cynical welcome we had in Berlin! We felt that this must be the ideal hotel for a christmas break as it is so near shops and market. We have done a lot of travelling in my first retirement year. This hotel was recommended by Cassandra Jardine in Daily Telegraph and excelled even her praise! A "must" for the Christmas Season

I thought the pianoroom bar was too dark. Needs something to entice one in.

Everything was simply perfect. The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, had awesome views on town. The location was great and lovely for exploring this good area, not far from the town centre, Zwinger and city center and Semperoper and center. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room, enjoyed that...

Very impressive hotel, with nice and large rooms.(Ask for room with view on the elbe river.) And a completely over-full breakfast, there were everything you can ask for starting your day with energy and quality.!

The luxurious breakfast buffet and the impressive glass lifts created a memorable ambiance for our stay. However, the high parking fees were frustrating and unexpected.

Hotel was very clean, well appointed, and within walking distance of the Dresden city center. Rear facing rooms look out onto the Elbe River, which is very beautiful.

I thought the price for internet connection was a bit pricey, but that is the case in many hotels. The wireless options were only two: pay for one hour's use, or pay for a month's use. Nothing in between. Fortunately, they had a hard-wired line in the room which could be purchased by the day.
